Discipline is the highest form of self love.

“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.” — James Clear

Weekly Schedule

This is the first way to use this template: a simple manual tracker that allows you to add a daily highlight + tasks for each day

I personally recommend colour coding the 3 most important tasks for each day

This dashboard automatically categorizes your tasks based on the GTD (Getting Things Done) productivity system.

<aside> <img src="/icons/checkmark_pink.svg" alt="/icons/checkmark_pink.svg" width="40px" /> How do I use this system?

  1. Enter your tasks in this inbox and categorize it based on:
    1. is it a high energy or low energy task?
    2. what category/area of your life does this fall into? [choose all that apply + feel free to add more]
    3. when do I need to have this done by? [ASAP = urgent]
  2. The list will automatically filter into separate categories based on urgency, i.e. time frame.
  3. You can also search for a specific category of task throughout your day. Example: searching for high energy tasks vs low energy tasks based on your mood, searching for tasks related to a specific category when in that setting (ex: working on your laptop).
  4. Once you check off a task as done, it disappears from your list! </aside>
