Physical Exam: full cardiac exam (general + precordial + JVP)
History-taking: shortness of breath (Dx of heart failure + counselling; asked about which drugs could exacerbate SOB)
1. Second group got chest pain (MI + counselling)
ECG reading: Inferior wall MI (with Qs about ACS management & drugs)
1. Second group got anteroseptal MI (LAD occlusion)
Interpretation: Infective Endocarditis (showing Osler Nodes)
Congenital Diseases: ASD with Eisenmenger syndrome (make sure to know management; which devices to use)
1. Second group got patent ductus arteriosus (PDA); continuous machine-like murmur

The only station with an SP was the PEx, the rest are discussions with the examiner.
